Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is open and we are continuing to accept new students for all classes (updated October 1st).
Enrollment Process Enrollment for current and alumni families begins in early January prior to classes beginning in September. Enrollment for the general public begins during KCP's Open House Event, which takes place the 4th week of January. After the Open House, applications are received on a first-come, first-served basis. Once classes have filled, a waiting list is established, and students are admitted as space becomes available. Once you have completed the online registration form and received a Registration Completion email, please pay the enrollment fee of $150 and September tuition via the Jovial e-payment system within three days. Note that the enrollment fee is non-refundable, and September tuition is non-refundable after August 15th. You are welcome to tour the classroom by appointment only. This is for both the safety of the children and consideration of the classroom schedules. To schedule a tour, email our Registrar at [email protected]. Additional Forms
Each family must fill out and return all required forms prior to attending their first day of school. This includes a signed parent contract, your child’s immunization record or immunization exemption form, consent for emergency medical treatment (and allergy information if applicable), and permission to enroll in a parent education course through Lake Washington Institute of Technology. All forms are submitted through our family information portal. Your child cannot attend school without documentation of all required vaccines, unless there is a Certificate of Exemption on file.
